Welcome! My name is Daniel Böhmer. Here you can find general information about me and ways to contact me.
Currently I am student at Staatliche Berufsakademie Leipzig (University of Cooperative Education in Leipzig). That means part of my time I work for a local company which is Klopfer datennetzwerk gmbh, a system house for industry and government in the vicinity.

As a evangelical christian I have been member of a local church, the EFG Jacobstraße Leipzig since 1999. In the meantime I have become leader of a group for 13 to 16 years old teenagers.
One of my hobbies I do rarely practise is photography. You can find a selection of those pictures in my Flickr photostream.
Although more politically interested than technically I understand myself as a hacker. I am member of the Chaos Computer Club and the Sublab e.V., a society for building and running a hackerspace in Leipzig, Germany.
I am not member of but support most of the aims of the Piratenpartei Deutschland (Pirate's party Germany).
You can sometimes find me at the sublab or at demonstrations against surveillance etc. all over Germany. After visiting the 25th Chaos Communication Congress I look forward to visiting the upcoming CCC's and can be found there, too.
